Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager at our company located in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are delivered according to SLAs. You will monitor, report, and analyze KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction. It will be your duty to proactively drive automation initiatives and transition activities, focusing on cost efficiency improvements. You will also play a key role in building Employee Capability initiatives and ensuring that team members" domain and technical competencies are up to date. Adhering to regulatory laws and best practices, ensuring well-executed programs, and fostering interdepartmental coordination will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to ensure that change management is adequately factored in terms of time and cost allocation to the respective cost centers/clients. Your responsibilities will include applying process knowledge to eliminate manual processes and reduce overall processing time. You will be expected to produce analytics to enhance overall efficiency and partner with client HR teams and other internal customers to ensure effective processes and issue resolution. Establishing accuracy standards and conducting quality checks will be crucial to ensure error-free processes. Monitoring delivery performance, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service, allocating workloads effectively, and sharing knowledge within the team will also be part of your role. Seeking feedback from customers, addressing compliments, concerns, and complaints, building team competency in relevant domains, as well as fostering a culture of recognition and rewards for outstanding work are also important aspects of this position. To excel in this role, you should possess strong people management and leadership skills, a genuine interest in contributing to people development, and strong business acumen. Being sensitive and responsive to customers" needs and expectations, proactive collaboration with team members and management, excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, the ability to prioritize, plan, and structure work effectively, converting issues and requirements into solutions and business opportunities, proficiency in MS Office and being tech-savvy, metrics and outcome-focused approach, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills are essential competencies required. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, or possess equivalent experience of 8 or more years.,
