International Outbound Team Lead

Designation - Teal leader US outbound Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of outbound calling agents handling US health insurance processes.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets (sales, lead generation, or policy updates) are met.
• Monitor agent calls, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
• Prepare and share performance reports with management.
• Drive motivation, engagement, and training for team members.
• Handle escalations effectively and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with QA, training, and operations teams to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and shift schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader on papers in an international BPO (voice process).
• Prior experience in US Healthcare/Health Insurance domain preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Strong people management and team coaching skills.
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts as per US hours).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
