We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our International Non-Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions via email/chat, and ensuring excellent customer experience without voice-based interaction.
Handle customer queries through email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.
Ensure adherence to process quality and compliance guidelines.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and faster resolution.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to productivity and quality.
Stay updated with product/process knowledge to support customers effectively.
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Good typing speed with accuracy (minimum 3035 WPM preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
