International MICE Contracting & Operations Manager

You are a passionate and experienced individual who is being sought after by BOI for the position of International MICE Contracting & Operations Manager in Mumbai _ Andheri (W). Your role involves effectively ensuring client priorities for agency services in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) are aligned with desired business outcomes. Your responsibilities include executing MICE contracting and operational tasks, pitching and proposal development, partnering with DMC for MICE & Fit Rates, having a strong understanding of costing, domestic and international destinations, clients" requirements, drafting itineraries, handling overall operations, contracting and negotiations with vendors, strong follow-up on reporting, crisis management, maintaining open communication channels with internal teams, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
