Roles:To effectively ensure client priorities for agency services in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), as well as aligning them with desired business outcomes, here's a structured approach incorporating the provided responsibilities: Domestic & International Contracting Professional:Execute MICE contracting and operational tasks as necessary, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.Pitching and Proposal Development:Conduct thorough research and analysis to accurately cost MICE events and provide competitive pricing.Partnering with DMC for MICE & Fit Rates for Promoting MICE.Costing Knowledge.Need to hold good knowledge about international / Domestic destination.To be able to understand clients’ requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions accordingly.Knowledge of drafting itineraries based on clients’ requirementsTo be able to handle overall operations across all the stages pre, during and post the group execution.Knowledge of handling the contracting and negotiations with the hotels and other operational vendors for best price.Strong follow up on the reporting of Pre & Post MICE Group details.Acting as best team player and have the ability to collaborate along with qualitative deliverance.To be able to adhere with the processes & work ethics. Crisis Management:Develop comprehensive crisis management plans for MICE events, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.Act swiftly and decisively in response to crises, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to minimize impact and ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, you can ensure that client priorities for agency services in MICE are not only established and articulated but also met with excellence, driving desired business outcomes and fostering long-term client relationships.
