Senior Manager 3D Designer

As a Manager 3D Designer at BOI Media & Entertainment, specializing in advanced 3D visual design and creative leadership within the events space, your role will involve: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, and designing various elements in both 3D and 2D formats, including set designs, venue planning, experiential design, exhibition design, theme-based props, logo designing, collateral, and branding. Your innovative ideas will play a crucial role in creating impactful visual experiences for events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ideate, conceptualize, and design 3D and 2D elements for various purposes. - Demonstrate excellent command over Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Maya, and After Effects. - Understand and implement color, contrast, detail, and lighting principles effectively. - Utilize V-ray lighting and rendering settings proficiently. - Create photo-realistic output for product renderings. - Analyze layouts and dimensions to design setups for events, exhibitions, and stalls. - Support and guide the business/client servicing team to drive revenue generation through your designs. - Apply 3-dimensional thinking and observation skills to enhance design outputs. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Maya, and After Effects. - Strong understanding of lighting requirements. - Knowledge of color theory, contrast, detail, and lighting principles. - Experience with V-ray lighting and rendering settings. - Ability to create photo-realistic renderings of products.
