As a Manager 3D Designer at BOI Media & Entertainment, you will be responsible for leading advanced 3D visual design and providing creative direction in the events space. Based in Mumbai, your role will involve ideating, conceptualizing, and designing various 3D and 2D elements such as set designs, venue planning, experiential design, exhibition design, theme-based props, logo designing, collateral, branding, stationery, and more. You should possess excellent proficiency in software tools such as 3D Max, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Maya, and After Effects. Your understanding of color theory, contrast, detail, and lighting principles will be crucial in creating visually appealing designs. Additionally, you should have experience in V-ray lighting and rendering settings, as well as in generating photorealistic renderings for products. An essential aspect of your role will be to translate requirements into 3D setups for events stages, MICE, and exhibition stall designs, considering layout dimensions and technical specifications. Your ability to collaborate with the operations, production, and vendor teams to ensure high-quality output will be key to success. Furthermore, you will support and guide the business/client servicing team in revenue generation by delivering innovative and impactful designs.
