Job Purpose

Generating quality leads using effective Marketing channels

Role

International Marketing Executive is responsible for Generating Quality Leads & managing the promotion and positioning of a brand / Products and services that a company/s sells.

He/She is at the heart of our Marketing, right from the Research to Lead generation. You will be the face of the company that the customer will know. We are looking for ones with a 'creativity' mindset along with a passion for generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1.Content Creation & Branding

• Prepare LinkedIn content (posts, captions, graphics) aligned with brand messaging.
• Develop and publish blogs for the website and external platforms.
• Create catalogs, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Design creative images, banners, and visuals for digital marketing purposes.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently.
• Handle engagement (commenting, responding, interacting with relevant pages/prospects).
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for higher engagement.

3. Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with internal and external teams for outsourced marketing work.
• Maintain branding consistency across all communication channels.

4.Required Skills:

• Strong content creation and writing abilities
• Creativity and basic design skills
• Hands-on experience with *Canva / CorelDraw / Photoshop / Illustrator* (any one)
• Social media marketing expertise (especially LinkedIn)
• Basic digital marketing knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and a marketing-oriented mindset

Education: MBA Marketing + Digital Marketing (Preferred)

Experience: Marketing Management / Digital Marketing : 3 years (Required)

Requirements: Laptop Compulsory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
