Location: Mohali (Work from Office – Night Shift)

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹80,000 (based on experience + incentives)

Shift: US Timing (Night Shift Only)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers in the US market.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure profitable margins.
• Manage the complete cycle of freight brokerage – from prospecting clients, booking loads, dispatching, and follow-up until delivery.
• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, shipments, and transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Freight Brokerage (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Fluency in English).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with load boards, CRM, and MS Office.
