Polymet Films Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-performance Metallized Polypropylene (MPP) Films for capacitor applications. We serve leading global capacitor manufacturers and distributors across international and domestic markets.

As part of our expansion, we are building a strong inside sales and lead generation team and invite applications from experienced professionals as well as freshers willing to build a long-term career in technical B2B sales.

Role Overview

We are hiring multiple Inside Sales & Sales Support profiles under one role structure.
Selected candidates will be assigned responsibilities based on skills, experience, and background after evaluation.

This role involves lead generation, customer communication, sales coordination, and market handling (international and/or domestic).

Key Responsibilities (Role-wise Allocation)

1. International Inside Sales / Export Sales Support

Research and identify international capacitor manufacturers & distributors

Generate and qualify export leads through online research and email outreach

Draft and follow up on professional international business emails

Coordinate sample dispatch, trials, pricing discussions, and follow-ups

Support management during online meetings with overseas customers

2. Lead Generation Executive – International Marketing

• Build and maintain a global prospect database
• Execute structured email campaigns and follow-ups
• Track leads, responses, and conversions using Excel / CRM tools
• Prepare lead status and activity reports
• Ensure smooth communication with international prospects

3. Office Sales Executive – Domestic Market

• Handle domestic customer inquiries from the office
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Provide technical-commercial support to customers
• Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements
• (Engineering – Electrical background preferred for this role)

4. Sales Intern / Fresher (Training + Growth Role)

• Learn fundamentals of B2B sales, customer communication, and product basics
• Assist senior sales team in lead follow-up and documentation
• Gradual responsibility for market handling after training
• Opportunity for confirmation as Sales Executive based on performance

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Business
• (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Polymer, Materials preferred)
• Strong written and spoken English (mandatory for international roles)

• Comfortable with emails, Excel, online research tools
• Professional communication and logical thinking ability
• Willingness to learn industrial & technical products
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to applyExperience Criteria

• Freshers to 4 years of experience can apply
• Experience in inside sales, export marketing, B2B sales support, lead generation, or technical sales is an advantage
• Internship opportunity available for entry-level candidates

Compensation

• Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000+ per month
• Final salary will depend on role, experience, skills, and performance
• Internship stipend applicable for fresher/intern profiles
