Hiring For Customer Support / Sales / AR / Travel Process Roles – Malad & Thane

We’re bringing in candidates for multiple voice, non-voice, inbound, outbound, blended, travel, and AR/medical billing processes. If you’re someone who communicates well, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable with calling or customer-facing roles, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll handle

• Inbound and outbound calls across customer service, sales, upselling, real estate, travel, NRI support, and technical troubleshooting.
• Travel bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and GDS/Sabre tasks (for travel-related roles).
• AR/medical billing activities in voice or blended processes.
• Lead generation, prospect qualification, and follow-ups for sales-driven projects.
• Logging customer details, updating CRM records, and meeting daily performance targets.

Who can apply

• HSC freshers, HSC with experience, or graduates.
• 6 months to 1+ year of experience in BPO, calling, sales, travel, or AR/medical billing (based on role).
• Strong English communication. Regional languages like Kannada may be required for some processes.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly days off.
• For travel roles, experience with GDS/Sabre is needed.
• For AR/medical billing: prior experience is mandatory.

Work Details

• 5 or 6 working days, depending on the process.
• Shift timings vary: day shifts, rotational shifts, or 24/7, depending on the assignment.
• Rotational weekly offs (1 or 2).
• Some roles follow specific transport boundaries.

Salary Range

• CTC: ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 (depending on experience and role)
• In-hand: ₹14,000 to ₹34,000 approx.
