Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls from international customers (primarily US).
Assist customers with troubleshooting, configuration, and issue resolution.
Provide accurate technical information in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain empathy, patience, and professionalism during every interaction.
Log call details, customer issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.
Meet performance benchmarks for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution speed.
Work closely with internal teams to escalate or resolve complex technical issues.
0.6 to 10 years of experience in International Voice / Technical Support / BPO.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Ability to work night shifts aligned to US hours.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, or troubleshooting.
Typing skills and familiarity with support tools/software.
