About the opportunity:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with customers from the us market
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Share correct and clear information related to products and services
• Maintain a professional, polite, and empathetic approach during calls
• Accurately log call details and customer information in internal systems
• Achieve performance standards related to quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal support teams for quick issue resolution
  

Eligibility criteria:

• 1 to 10 years of experience in international BPO, voice process, or customer service
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
• Readiness to work night shifts as per us business hours
• Good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mind set
• Basic computer knowledge with typing proficiency
