About Us:-

My Holidays is a leading travel solutions provider specializing in international holiday packages. We are committed to delivering world-class experiences and seamless service to our global travelers. 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer queries related to international holiday packages.
  • Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, pricing, and package inclusions.
  • Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and payment concerns.
  • Ensure smooth resolution of customer issues with empathy and accuracy.
  • Maintain data and prepare reports using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and international partners for flawless travel arrangements.
  • Work in rotational shifts as per process requirements.

Requirements:-

  • -Graduate in any discipline (background in travel/tourism preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support (travel industry experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English must).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
