Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an International Customer Support Executive. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support through various online channels, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves delivering consistent technical support to international clients while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Online Support, such as email and live chat platforms
• Skills in delivering effective Technical Support and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international customer support role
• Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
