  • Achieve and exceed performance benchmarks in customer satisfaction, call handling time, and quality assurance.
  • Use CRM and knowledge-based tools to troubleshoot issues and provide tailored solutions in real time.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from global customers with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
