International Customer Service

You will be responsible for International Customer Service during the Night Shift at our location in Ahmedabad. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with conducting market research, monitoring market trends, and engaging in international calling activities to support strategic decision-making processes within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and executing primary market research initiatives such as surveys, interviews (both B2B and B2C), focus groups, and observational studies. Additionally, you will be required to conduct thorough secondary research using industry databases, market reports, and online resources to gather data on market size, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and industry trends. In this role, you will also be expected to track and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments continuously. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date market intelligence databases to inform strategic decision-making processes across the organization. Moreover, your excellent communication skills will be essential for engaging with customers and businesses during international calling activities. Therefore, prior experience in international calling is preferred for this position.
