International Customer Service

Role Overview: You will be a part of the International Voice Process team, handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery to clients across international markets like US, UK, and Australia. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Provide appropriate solutions to customer queries within defined timelines. - Maintain effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer needs are met. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. - Achieve process KPIs such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). - Escalate complex issues to the relevant department for timely resolution. - Adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards during interactions. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English. - Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is advantageous. - Prior experience in international voice process/BPO is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.,
