International Customer Service Advisor

We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an international process. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer assistance through voice support for international clients.Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution with high accuracy and professionalism.Document all customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up and closure.Maintain strong product and process knowledge to deliver end-to-end solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process.Language Proficiency: B1 and Above level in English (Both written and verbal).Soft Skills: Customer-centric approach, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to rotational shifts.

Additional Details: Interview Rounds: HR Round → Operations Round

Shift: Rotational (for both male and female candidates)-5 days working.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per monthCab Facility: Available.
