Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries via voice and chat channels.Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to products or services.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.Record and update case logs accurately in the system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.Requirements-Minimum 6 months experience in International Process -Tech Support.Strong English communication (verbal & written) with good fluency.Graduate/Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
