As an International Travel Support Associate, your role involves assisting travelers with their hotel booking needs and ensuring a smooth accommodation experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting international travelers with hotel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special accommodation requests. - Coordinating with hotels, resorts, and accommodation providers to ensure seamless guest experiences. - Staying updated on international hotel policies, travel advisories, and booking platform trends. - Offering recommendations on hotel locations, amenities, and nearby attractions. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up to ensure satisfaction. - Working closely with internal teams to enhance the overall booking support process.
