The Asia Security Operations Center (ASOC) plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of an organization's premises, assets, and personnel. This position involves monitoring security systems, responding to alarms and incidents, and effectively communicating with on-site security personnel, local POCs and emergency services as necessary. ASOC provides security oversight, access card administration services, access control support and real time response support for all offices in the Asia Pacific region. Supporting compliance audits, monitoring critical alarms, maintaining surveillance over critical areas and critical points, monitoring and responding to fire alarms in the region, investigation of incidents, incident management, crisis response and emergency services coordination, monitoring, and documenting security events, providing security and travel advisories, live monitoring of vendor activity in critical spaces. Candidate Eligibility Criteria (Qualifications / Skills / Requirements): Minimum qualification - Bachelors degree Excellent verbal and written communication in English Good in computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Prior SOC experience preferred. Exhibit analytical skills and incident analysis. Knowledge of the security issues relevant to India and necessary knowledge to cover regional security risks in APAC. Robust execution with keen attention to detail. Ability to quickly analyze situations and take appropriate action. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Access Control Access card administration. Activation and deactivation of access cards and responding to all emails received in the shift. Report generations as per requirement. Support compliance audits. Alarm Monitoring & CCTV surveillance Monitoring of alarms CCTV surveillance Critical alarm handling and response Supporting FLS operations, fire alarm escalation and liaison Theft and other related investigations Travel Security, Incident Management & Advisory Security and incident management support Crisis response, incident escalation management and emergency services coordination Monitoring and documenting security events (Geo-political, Socio-Economic, Natural Hazards, Employee Safety) Security and Travel advisories (as required) Collection, collation, and dissemination of security related information proactively Data Center Vendor Monitoring & Periodic Adhoc Tasks
