Job Description

Hiring for International Chat Process Customer Service | 6 Months Experience Required | Walk-in at IntouchCX

Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via chat in a professional, clear, and timely manner
Resolve queries related to products, services, or orders
Maintain chat handling time, quality, and service standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Minimum 6 months in Customer Support (Chat/Email/Voice)
Education:
Must have completed graduation or 12th pass (no current students)
Skills Required:

Excellent written communication in English
Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Flexible to work in
rotational shifts
