International Business Development Manager (BDM/BDE)

Job Summary:

BringleTech is hiring an ambitious and result-oriented International Business Development Manager (BDM/BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities across international markets (primarily US, UK, Canada, Australia), and closing deals for IT services.

This is a target-driven role requiring a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new international business opportunities and generate leads
• Handle outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and proposals on freelance portals
• Convert prospects into long-term business partnerships
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project scopes and deliver custom solutions
• Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Attend client calls, demos, and manage post-sale communication
• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building with international clients

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in international business development or IT sales (1–4 years)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Expertise in LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of IT services (Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
