Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US-based customers to promote products/services.
Convert inbound leads and inquiries into sales.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable offerings.
Handle objections effectively and close sales with a consultative approach.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competition.
Follow all compliance guidelines and quality assurance protocols relevant to US sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred
Experience:
13 years in International BPO sales (US market experience preferred)
Communication:
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and basic computer applications
Sales Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
