Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated International Telecalling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of international BPO experience and be willing to work night shifts. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients.
• Provide product/service information and address customer queries.
• Meet monthly sales or lead generation targets.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO/telecalling role.
• Willing to work night shifts based on international market requirements.
• Strong communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet goals.
• Candidates aged 36 and below only.
