Compliance Executive _3rd Party Collections

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Fair Understanding of FDCPA & Other 1st and 3rd Party Related Regulations:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other relevant third-party regulations.
• Attention to Detail, Time Management, and Decision-Making Skills:

Demonstrate a keen attention to detail when reviewing files and handling compliance-related tasks.Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and make informed decisions in compliance matters.Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance. Ability to work independently when necessary, taking ownership of compliance tasks and responsibilities.Be vigilant in following up on compliance-related plans and ensuring their effective implementation.Provide timely feedback and updates on the progress of compliance initiatives.Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in third-party collections.Demonstrate a track record of successfully navigating and managing compliance issues in a collections environment.Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing compliance requirements.Act with a sense of urgency to address and resolve compliance issues promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
