Job Opening: Telecalling Customer Service Representative (Day Shift)

Position Details:

• Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
• Off Days: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
• Location: [Specify location or if remote]

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers, providing information about products/services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback over the phone.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and support.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Freshers are welcome to apply!
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
• Positive attitude and professional phone demeanor.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
