Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1 Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market. 2. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers. 3.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services. 4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction. 6. Update CRM systems with accurate customer details and sales progress. 7. Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and close deals. 8. Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 Experience: 0-3 years in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply). 2.Education: High school diploma or higher preferred. 3.Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. 4.Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. 5. Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office. 6.Availability: Willing to work in US time zones (Night shifts). Preferred Experienced: 1 Previous experience in a US voice process or BPO sales. 2.Familiarity with US culture and customer expectations. 3.Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
