Job Description: International Telecalling Process (US Debt Collections) Role: International Telecaller (US Debt Collections) Location: [Specify Location] Shift: Night Shift (US Hours) Work Days: 5 Days Working (2 Days Rotational Off) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to US customers for debt collection purposes. Negotiate and resolve outstanding dues in a professional manner. Adhere to compliance and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in International BPO (mandatory). No employment gaps (must have continuous employment history). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
