Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an International Executive in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate leads and create sales pitches to achieve business targets.
Target prospective clients and customers to ensure successful placements.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure the team meets desired targets and goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably BPO or related fields such as ITES, KPO, LPO, or Customer Service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in lead generation, telesales, or telemarketing is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
