Job Description

Position: Customer Support Banking Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience

Shift: 5 Days Working | US Rotational Shifts

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls for a leading banking process
Address customer inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and maintain service quality
Ensure adherence to banking protocols, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards
Deliver a professional customer experience across all touchpoints

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO (voice process)
Excellent English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
Must be comfortable with US rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
