Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assistance in Certification Audits such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025, 50001, SMETA/SEDEX etc., & other customer specific audits.
Assist in conducting internal audits, identifying the gaps, development and implementation of corrective & preventive actions for continual improvement of system processes and other system monitoring activities.
Creating, Updating, Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of Company's System Policies & Procedures as and when required.
Facilitate and monitor the training activities for all relevant personnel/departments.
Assist in preparation & presentation of quality & other system reports to interested parties.
Active participation in conducting periodical review meetings & collaborate with CFTs to ensure system management of the factory be improved.
Performing any other assigned duties as and when required.

Competency Profile (behavioural & functional aspects)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in manufacturing industry or laboratory
Excellent communication, inter-personal & analytical skills to collaborate effectively with CFTs
Proficiency in using quality management tools and software to document and analyse the data.
Continuous improvement mindset & willingness to stay updated with best industry practices to thrive in a dynamic & ever-changing environment.
