Internal Transformation Services-Design Thinking-Assistant Director

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Director in GDS Business Consulting, focusing on Innovation/Design Thinking/Wavespace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design thinking and innovation techniques. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute effectively as a team member and take accountability for deliverables. Understand client challenges, current state, and desired outcomes to design solutions. Facilitate small and larger groups to drive outputs and outcomes. Coordinate session logistics and technology, including setting up tools like Mentimeter and Slido. Manage end-to-end project management of sessions, leveraging project management methodologies. Share session outputs with clients in various formats. ### Job Requirements Create a safe space for participation and input during facilitated sessions for all participants. Enhance facilitation capabilities within the team and help accelerate adoption of facilitated workshops. Demonstrate the ability to manage ambiguity and political aspects of change. Build and maintain relationships across different functions and organizational levels. Possess excellent written, oral, presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Leverage business acumen and understanding of business functions to meet client objectives. Have knowledge and experience in design thinking or applying innovation techniques in organizations. Translate objectives into designed and facilitated sessions using design thinking methodology. Manage Mural/Miro design and creation. Maintain an innovative mindset and look for new ways to improve or enhance methods of working. Encourage self and team evolution through experimentation with new tools. Stay updated on design trends, methodologies, and tools. Experience designing, managing, and running workshops. Ability to travel as required and conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours.
