Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update job descriptions in alignment with hiring needs
Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
Source and screen candidates through databases, networking, and other channels
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant stakeholders
Perform background checks and reference verifications for shortlisted candidates
Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer rollout
Support new hire onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Assist in providing ongoing HR support to new employees and internal teams
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
