Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Audit & ComplianceConduct periodic audits of financial records, cash handling, billing, and tenant collections.Review vendor contracts, purchase orders, and expense claims to ensure compliance.Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.Audit mall operations including housekeeping, security, parking, cinema, and retail units.Verify revenue streams (rentals, parking fees, events, advertisements, cinema revenue share).Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Identify risks and gaps in internal controls.Recommend corrective actions and process improvements.Monitor implementation of corrective measures.Bachelors/Masters in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).35 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in retail, mall, or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and audit tools
