Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits across various departments and processes of the manufacturing unit.
Review internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
Assist in evaluating the efficiency of production-related financial processes.
Perform stock audits, raw material consumption analysis, and asset verification.
Investigate variances and prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for audit execution and issue resolution.
Ensure timely documentation and reporting of audit outcomes to senior management.
Support external audits and regulatory inspections as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CA Inter qualified with 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal auditing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control systems.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP)

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to cost audit, inventory control, and plant financial processes.
Knowledge of risk assessment and audit tools.
