Internship Summary

We’re offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Growth Intern who can assist us in expanding our presence across Pune by connecting with the right people, schools, students, parents, and local communities.

This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how to build networks, explain services effectively, and discover how to turn conversations into meaningful opportunities. If you have local insight and are enthusiastic about education outreach, you will gain valuable experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & support the team in identifying and engaging with potential clients through schools, housing societies, events, or referrals
• Assist in clearly presenting Vidyamanthan’s services to students and parents
• Help plan and conduct local outreach drives and info sessions
• Maintain records of leads, follow up on interest, and contribute to client conversion efforts
• Collaborate with counselling and tutoring teams to support smooth onboarding processes
• Prepare and submit weekly activity and progress reports

Who We're Looking For

• Students or recent graduates interested in education, marketing, or community outreach
• Basic familiarity with Pune’s academic environment and student-parent mindset is a plus
• Comfortable engaging in face-to-face conversations, with clear communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working toward goals
