Job Description

Our focus is on creating high-impact content—smartly structured, creatively delivered, and designed for scale across platforms.We’re looking for a Video Editing Intern who can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping shorts, dynamic long-form videos, and engaging documentary-style edits.

Responsibilities Of The Intern

  • Edit short-form content (Reels/YouTube Shorts) with high retention hooks and modern pacing.
  • Create long-form YouTube videos with smooth storytelling, transitions, and audio-visual sync.
  • Assist in crafting documentary-style edits that feel cinematic yet educational.
  • Optimize content for multi-platform use (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Experiment with new-age editing trends (AI tools, motion graphics, creative transitions).
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to maintain brand vibe.

Requirements

  • Basic-to-intermediate editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of current content trends (Reels/Shorts pacing, meme cuts, AI-assisted editing).
  • A creative eye for storytelling, color grading, and sound design.
  • Bonus: Experience or interest in documentary editing and cinematic b-roll.
  • Enthusiasm for AI tools in video editing (e.g., auto-captioning, AI transitions, sound cleanup).
