Job Description

Intern / Trainee (English/ Journalism Graduates) - Paid Internship program*

Role Description:

As an Intern / Trainee, you will work closely with our instructional design and content teams to create, review, and refine educational and professional content. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and digital learning development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and grammatically sound written content.
Support in scripting, storyboarding, and proofreading learning materials.
Collaborate with designers and instructional designers to align content with project goals.
Research and summarize information for various topics and formats.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality across all deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or related fields.
Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills.
Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Basic understanding of instructional design, e-learning, or media content (added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
