About the Role

We are seeking a TA Intern who is fluent in Mandarin to assist our team in various recruitment activities and support our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Support the team in administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
