Nous sommes leaders dans nos domaines d'activité et reconnus comme l'une des plus grandes entreprises innovantes au monde.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development~ Architect and implement comprehensive Agentic RAG pipelines utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.Vector Infrastructure~ Engage with vector databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS) to ensure efficient data indexing and retrieval.Agent Orchestration~ Construct and coordinate multi-agent systems leveraging Tool-Use/Function Calling for interaction with external APIs and data sources.Evaluation~ Develop and execute rigorous evaluation metrics (Evals) to assess agent performance, context adherence, and to minimize instances of hallucination.Research~ Maintain current knowledge of the latest advancements in LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and Generative AI research.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Foundation~ Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming and fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning.Generative AI~ Prior academic or project experience with LLMs, RAG workflows, and vector embeddings.Frameworks~ Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic orchestration tools.Concepts~ A solid understanding of Prompt Engineering and the design principles governing autonomous AI agents.Academics~ Currently pursuing the final year of a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field from IIT Madras.

Additional Skills

Experience with multimodal RAG (encompassing text and images/tables).Proficiency with deployment tools such as Docker or platforms like Streamlit/Gradio.Contributions to relevant open-source AI projects or a robust GitHub portfolio.Scope Of ActivitiesLiterature review and benchmarking of RAG frameworks.Development of initial prototypes and proof-of-concepts.Integration with agent-based workflows.Documentation of experiments, results, and learnings.Optimization of prototypes (performance, accuracy, scalability).Refinement of workflows and pipelines.Implementation of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.Knowledge transfer and preparation of training materials.DeliverablesWorking prototypes demonstrating RAG capabilities.Best practices and toolchain recommendations.A technical report summarizing research findings.An optimized and stable RAG solution.Defined performance benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).A handover package (comprising documentation, training content, and a deployment guide).
