Job Description


  • Managing lead flow from different systems and routing it to Sales team, using Saleforce.com platform
  • Managing bulk Data Deduplication activities after Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Ensuring information given to Sales is accurate and up to date
  • Ensuring timely process deliverables
  • Doing quality checks to ensure accurate Data upload and assignment
  • Coordinating with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to fix any gaps/issues in the Lead flow processes
  • Work on multiple requests from Sales Marketing
  • Managing and implementing changes in Lead flow processes across various systems. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different teams to facilitate implementation of these changes

Heres What You Need:

  1. 1 to 3 years of Data Management experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)
  2. In-depth knowledge of MS-Excel
  3. Excellent analytical and logical skills
  4. Good Sales/Marketing process knowledge
  5. Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  6. Bachelor s degree preferably from a reputed college
  7. Good Academic scores
  8. Good communication skills (English written and spoken)
