Job Description

Job Summary: Internship program for Mechanical Engineers to work on various quality activities in manufacturing & assembly lines. Job Responsibilities: Assist in implementing Quality management system (IATF16949) in accordance with corporate requirements. Support for conducting internal audits as per IATF 16949 requirements. Assist in preparation of control plans and other quality documents required by IATF 16949 standard. Assist in process improvement initiatives in production area using lean tools like Kaizen, SIX SIGMA etc. Conducts regular meetings with all team members to align objectives and ensure smooth functioning of the team. Maintains open communication channels within the team and across departments to ensure collaboration and alignment. Provides support in organizing training sessions and workshops for the team members. Monitors performance of team members and provides feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality management. Performs other duties as assigned by superior. Qualification & Skills: BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers with no previous job experience are welcome. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation. Basic knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
