Job Summary: Internship program for Mechanical Engineers to work on various quality activities in manufacturing & assembly lines. Job Responsibilities: Assist in implementing Quality management system (IATF16949) in accordance with corporate requirements. Support for conducting internal audits as per IATF 16949 requirements. Assist in preparation of control plans and other quality documents required by IATF 16949 standard. Assist in process improvement initiatives in production area using lean tools like Kaizen, SIX SIGMA etc. Conducts regular meetings with all team members to align objectives and ensure smooth functioning of the team. Maintains open communication channels within the team and across departments to ensure collaboration and alignment.
