Job Description
Main Tasks
  • Support day-to-day Non-Product Material (NPM) procurement activities, ensuring favourable conditions related to pricing, delivery, service levels, warranty, and payment terms.
  • Assist in RFQ processes: gather requestor inputs, prepare and issue RFQs, collect and compare offers, support supplier nomination, and assist in basic negotiation tasks.
  • Provide support in preparing and managing contracts, including review, uploading, and archiving in internal systems (e.g., EASY Contract).
  • Process purchase requests and purchase orders in SAP, ensuring completeness, accuracy, correct coding, delivery up , and communication with requestors and suppliers.
  • Conduct quality checks on procurement data (material groups, GL accounts, purchasing groups, etc.) and support SAP Master Data maintenance for NPM materials and services.
  • Handle Helpdesk queries, classify and route tickets, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure.
  • Support supplier communication, onboarding (eCONN), and documentation activities.
  • Assist in yearly supplier rating evaluations (VRS), including tracking corrective actions and maintaining required documentation.
  • Maintain contract validity, records, and supplier-related documents in internal databases with accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure correct, necessary, and timely procurement requirements, including escalation support when needed.
  • Support process documentation up , continuous improvement activities, and implementation of new initiatives or projects.
  • Participate in internal purchasing trainings, workshops, and team learning activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Your Profile
  • Education in area of commerce or administration - / BBM / BBA / / MBA
  • Flexible with UK shift PM PM
  • MS-Office skills, SAP, Service Now or other ERP as advantages
  • Excellent in both verbal and written communication
  • Extended support when there is business requirement
  • Positive Attitude and Typing Speed 45WPM
