Role Description

This is an internship role for a Personal Assistant at Roseknot, based on-site in New Delhi. The Intern Personal Assistant will provide support for administrative and executive tasks, including diary management, scheduling, communication, and other clerical responsibilities. The role requires effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.

Qualifications

• Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior-level executives efficiently
• Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management to handle scheduling, liaison duties, and correspondence effectively
• Strong Clerical Skills for organizing and handling administrative tasks and documentation
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage a dynamic workload
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
