A hands-on support role assisting the creative, operations, and client servicing teams. Perfect for someone hungry to learn agency workflows, AI tools, and creator ecosystem fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creator shortlisting, outreach & coordination
Support in writing basic briefs & tracking deliverables
Research: trends, hooks, categories, competitor content
Content support — ideas, copy drafts, storyboard basics
Maintain sheets, trackers & reporting dashboards
Assist senior team in campaign execution & operations

Must-Haves

Strong communication
High ownership and willingness to hustle
Interest in AI tools/content creation
Good with Google Sheets & documentation
