Intern - Merchandising Operation

Role Overview: You will be responsible for both day-to-day merchandising of app and web content (product listing, content & promotions) and leadership in defining innovative shopping experiences. Your role will involve demonstrating a creative and editorial mind, strong visual merchandising skills, and tireless attention to detail. Sound business sense, the ability to work quickly and under pressure, and effective collaboration with other teams are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Listing new brands and products, enhancing existing product content, and planning communications and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales - Creating new product discovery content and promotions in line with Smytten's standards - Building storefronts for the app & web, creating promotional pages, and developing consumer incentives - Curating a thoughtful discovery and shopping experience for members, focusing on iterating and improving the overall member experience - Managing product data including organizing, classifying, and tagging brands" products, as well as handling file formatting, data cleaning, and uploads to various online platforms - Inspecting online product detail pages to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of understanding Qualifications Required: - 0 to 1 years of experience in Online Merchandising Operations - Experience working on the homepage and shopfronts of the app is essential - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup, Hlookup, and formulas - Demonstrable experience in MS Excel and E-Commerce data uploads - Exceptional organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills - Phenomenal product research skills, project management abilities, and deadline management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Details: Please note that this is a paid internship opportunity.,
