Intern - Legal & Contracts

Job Description:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, and other corporate documents.

2. Implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

3. Prepare and maintain legal documents, including contracts, research memorandums, and correspondence, and maintain a repertoire of all documents under the legal functions.

4. Assist with other administrative tasks including coordinating with stakeholders for stamp paper and other supplementary activities.

5. Manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department.

6. Assist the team with Compliance related matters including periodic reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities:

Contract Review and Drafting Skills
Analytical Skills.
Legal Research Skills
Understanding of relevant laws including but not limited to Contract Law, Drone Rules, Company Laws and other regulatory policies.
Inter-Department Coordination Skills
Technical knowledge including MS Office, MIS tools
Agility

Qualifications: BA in LLB
